Establishing a collaborative relationship with clients based upon trust, caring and respect is the center of my approach. Together we will work toward reaching agreed upon goals to encourage positive personal growth and create a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Cheryl Di Novi holds a Master of Counseling (M.C., MEd.) received from Seattle University in 1995. She has over twelve years experience working collaboratively with youth, individuals, and families to assess needs, develop specific service goals, and assist clients in achieving these goals. The foundation of her approach to treatment includes growth oriented models such as psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic/existential, and EMDR therapy that focus on encouraging awareness, building on strengths, and taking action. |
